Privacy notice

Last updated 19 Oct 2026

This notice explains what personal data FindMeAPodcast ("we", "us") processes, why, and your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and, where it applies, Spanish data protection law (LOPDGDD). FindMeAPodcast is operated by NBS Media LLC, a limited liability company organised in the United States (address: 5203 Juan Tabo Blvd NE Suite 2b, Albuquerque, NM 87111, USA). We serve visitors in the European Union and elsewhere. Contact for anything privacy-related: [email protected].

1. Browsing the site

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies or local storage and doesn't build profiles of individual visitors. It gives us aggregate statistics (pages viewed, referrers, country, device type). Our host, Cloudflare, also processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). This site sets no cookies at all, so there's no cookie banner.

2. Show submission form

When you submit a show we receive what you type (show details, optional host name, your email and notes). We store the submission in Cloudflare's database and send a copy to our inbox (run on AgentMail) so we can review it and reply. Legal basis: your consent and steps you ask us to take (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b)). We keep submissions for up to 12 months, then delete them, unless they become part of a listing. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam bots, which processes limited technical signals from your browser for that purpose only.

3. Newsletter

When you subscribe with our sign-up form, we receive your email address, the time, the page you signed up on and your agreement to receive the newsletter. We may hold this briefly in Cloudflare's database, and we send your email address to our newsletter provider, beehiiv, which acts as our processor to store your subscription and send you the weekly email. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email or by emailing us. Once your address is with beehiiv we delete our own queued copy. The form is our own and loads nothing from beehiiv, and it sets no cookies. Like the submission form, it uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam bots. The free Guesting for Profit workshop is delivered through Whop; if you claim it, Whop processes your account details under its own terms.

4. Podcast listings

Listings contain information podcasts publish themselves for the public and for guest enquiries: show name, host names, website, podcast feed, episode titles and the booking contact or guest page the show provides. We publish this to help experts find shows that want guests. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). We never guess, buy or scrape private email addresses. Hosts can object, correct or remove a listing at any time by emailing us; we act promptly.

5. Who we share data with (processors)

Only the service providers below, acting for us: Cloudflare (hosting, analytics, spam protection, storage), AgentMail (our inbox at [email protected]), beehiiv (newsletter) and Whop (workshop delivery). Most are based in the United States. Where we transfer personal data from the EU/EEA to the US, we rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses, as applicable. We don't sell personal data.

6. Your rights

If GDPR applies to you (for example because you are in the EU/EEA), you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to processing, receive a copy (portability), or withdraw consent, by emailing [email protected]. We reply within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Spain that is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD); elsewhere, your local data-protection authority.

7. International visitors

If you access the site from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be processed and stored in the United States and other places where we or our processors operate.

8. Changes

We'll update this page if anything changes and change the date at the top. See also our legal notice for the site operator details.
